Senior Media Operations Support

What we're looking for

HEKA Insights is looking for a Senior Media Operations Support specialist to join our Media Operations team in Cairo. You will own client deliverables from brief to delivery, review the quality of junior colleagues’ work and keep the Team Leader informed about output and improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities 08

• Prepare, check and deliver assigned client reports accurately and within agreed deadlines.

• Manage ad hoc reporting requests from brief to delivery, clarifying requirements with the requester.

• Respond to client email queries professionally within agreed response times and escalate requests outside the team’s scope.

• Review junior colleagues’ work for accuracy, completeness and adherence to process before delivery.

• Give clear, specific corrections and promptly flag errors that could affect a client.

• Provide daily updates to the Team Leader on output, recurring errors and areas for improvement.

• Recommend training, quality checks or process improvements, and follow up on agreed actions.

• Support and guide junior colleagues without taking on their line-management responsibilities.

Requirements 08

• At least two years of experience in research, data analysis, reporting or a related field.

• A university degree in computer science, business administration, data analytics, statistics, economics, marketing, mass communication or a related field.

• Hands-on experience producing client reports to fixed deadlines.

• Previous experience checking or reviewing other people’s work is required.

• Strong attention to detail and advanced Excel skills.

• Clear written English for client emails and constructive feedback.

• The ability to resolve data discrepancies, identify recurring issues and manage competing priorities.

• A habit of taking ownership and escalating early when deadlines or quality standards are at risk.

Preferred Qualifications 02

• Relevant certifications in programming, data analysis, leadership or communication.

• Experience guiding or coaching junior colleagues.
