What we’re looking for

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Presentation Designer to join our dynamic design team. In this full-time role, you’ll enhance and elevate PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations, delivering fresh, engaging, and professional visuals that resonate with our clients. If you have a strong eye for design, technical expertise, and the ability to produce functional and easy-to-update reports and presentations, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Presentation Design: Redesign and enhance PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations to create visually appealing and professional reports.
  • Structured Visual Elements: Ensure charts, text boxes, and other visual elements are structured for seamless updates and edits in recurring reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with the brand’s style and guidelines.
  • Design Best Practices: Apply design principles to ensure clarity, consistency, and visual impact across all presentation materials.
  • Efficiency & Quality: Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously bring fresh ideas and innovations to the role.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Design Experience: Proven experience as a designer, preferably with a focus on presentation or graphic design.
  • Software Proficiency: Expertise in PowerPoint and ideally Google Slides, with advanced knowledge of their design and functionality capabilities, especially in setting up master templates and themes.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong design sense and meticulous attention to detail, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Branding Knowledge: Deep understanding of brand guidelines and corporate identity design.
  • Data Visualization: Knowledge of setting up charts, graphs, and text boxes for dynamic and recurring updates.
  • Project Management: Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Language Skills:
  • Native or fluent English: Essential.
  • Fluency in one or more European languages: Preferable.
  • Fluency in other languages: An advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications or background in media analysis, data analytics, digital media, graphic design, or presentation design.
  • Software Knowledge: Experience with tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and data visualization tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Industry Awareness: Knowledge of media trends, public relations, digital marketing best practices, and design industry standards.
