What we’re looking for
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Implementation Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Cape Town or Johannesburg. In this full-time role, you will ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients by facilitating swift adoption of key features, configuring solutions to meet their needs, and delivering customized training sessions. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Engage with new clients during the first 30 to 60 days of their subscription, ensuring a smooth and effective transition onto our platform.
- Implementation Management: Lead and oversee client implementations to guarantee timely setup and alignment with their objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Client Acquisition, Client Success, CX, Training, Global Support, and Product to deliver a tailored client experience.
- Application Configuration: Assist in setting up and configuring our application to meet clients’ desired outcomes, including the development of custom reports and dashboards.
- Data Analysis: Construct and manage complex Boolean logic queries to extract actionable insights and monitor the impact of clients’ marketing, PR, and social media campaigns.
- Training & Support: Conduct both online and in-person training sessions to enhance platform proficiency and support client success.
- Project Coordination: Prioritize project tasks, manage timelines, and maintain detailed project plans and client interaction records.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2-5 years in a client-facing role related to software implementation, support, or client management.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to manage complex data queries and generate insightful reports.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey ideas and build strong client relationships.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and time management skills to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Language Skills:
- Fluency in French, Arabic, and English: Excellent proficiency in all three languages is essential.
- Fluency in other European languages: Preferable.
- Fluency in additional languages: An advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Insight: A deep understanding of and passion for media, news, and current affairs.
- Technical Acumen: Demonstrated experience with SaaS platforms and a track record of configuring solutions that exceed client expectations.
